This Changes Everything

During the teaching John W. Stevenson reminded us that the crucifixion and resurrection changes everything. He shared we will continue to have moments with God that changes everything in our lives.

Everything God has spoken, has and will continue to come to pass.

The disciples had to wrestle with this when they watched Jesus die on the cross and His body placed in a tomb. God had done something they did not fully understand in the moment, but they knew everything had changed.

There are times in our lives when we God will do something, and we will say “THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING”. Here are some things to remember as we walk this out.

1. In order to see God in a new way, a different way, movement is required.
2. We must be mindful not to jump to conclusions, it’s not over.
3. Don’t run to the familiar because it may feel safe, refuse to allow the familiar to ease the discomfort of some of the uncertainties of living by faith.
4. We must manage our emotions, feelings, and thoughts about what God is revealing to us about our lives.
5. We must not rush or abort the process, if so, we will miss the Father’s intention for us in the space we are currently in.

As you watch this teaching, commit to focusing on one of the 5 points that were highlighted above. Allow Holy Spirit to speak to you about it, receive His grace to walk it out. You are an heir of God, a joint heir with Christ. Live daily from that place as He makes His Kingdom, your reality.
